About Frank K. Anderson
Frank Anderson received his B. A. in Economics from the University of California in 1975. Suma cum laude, he earned his JD from Florida State University College of Law in 1988 and his LLM from University of San Diego, with dual concentrations in Environmental law and Business Corporate Law in 1995. This same year, he was certified as an Environmental Law Counsel for the Department of the Navy.
Mr. Anderson served as an Officer of Marines and is now a retired Major. Originally he had been an Infantry officer but spent the last 11 years as a Judge Advocate practicing Environmental laws. In 1999 after many years on the west coast, he served as Senior Litigation Counsel for the Southwest Water Management District. Since 2001, he is in private practice in Hernando Beach and serves as Counsel to Fishing Rights Alliance since 2004. He is an Active Scuba Diver since 1969.
